other planning reports and services
Creedence Planning has the necessary expertise to provide the following planning reports often required by a local consent authority:
- Clause 4.6 Variation Request - required to justify any variation to a statutory development standard (eg Height or Floor Space Ratio);
- View Impact Assessment report (prepared in accordance with the Land & Environment Court 'Tenacity' Planning Principle);
- Plan of Management;
- Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design ('CPTED') report.
In addition, should expert town planning evidence be required in a Land and Environment Court matter, Creedence Planning's Principal Planner, Gordon Edgar has significant experience as an expert witness in such matters with a very high success rate achieved through Gordon's experience, tenacity and attention to detail.
In all such matters, mediation with the consent authority should always be explored first and Creedence Planning can provide experienced guidance and advice for 'without prejudice' negotiations.
Creedence Planning also has extensive development assessment experience and is well-placed to undertake independent development assessment of DA's on behalf of consent authorities.
